What good is this home control system if I cannot reliably login to view my cameras and control the house? Again, the website is dead and refuses to log me in. This happened a few weeks ago and nobody at Comcast could fix it for over a week. Please direct this complaint to the highest levels of management so that they are aware that the home security service you advertise is very bad and unreliable, regardless of the browser that is used. As Comcast takes my money each month, in return I get apologies for the service not working. Instead, how about providing good service, a reliable website, and good home security products. I guess I will next get prepared for the ordeal of making the call to tech support and wasting a lot of my precious time during begging for this problem to get fixed, again!! This must be how Comcast says "Merry Christmas" to their customers who payed for the home security/control package.
