I continue to not be able to access both cameras remotely. This has been an age old problem and my file should be documented with a lot of comments on this issue. On 1/15 camera 2 could not be accessed. Suddenly on 1/21 I was able to access it. Now I cannot access camera 1. The issue is this, the house where the cameras are mounted is located 300 miles from our permenant home. So it is not possible to try and reset the pad or do any other trouble shooting as advised by Comcast. I could accept the probelm if it happened infrequently but that is not the case. The two cameras have been a problem since installation and we have had numerous service calls to address the issue. It gets resolved for a short time but eventually we are back to the same old problem. I have to believe that this is a question of equipment and set-up.
