I am still unable to access the comcast web portal to monitor and control my home. Yesterday for several minutes it looked like the problem was partially fixed. Now after more than 3 days I cannot get to the website at all. I just get error message that page has expired or else I get the following message:
What is going on and when will the comcast website portal be working again?

I apologize for the frustration that this has caused. We’ve been able to restore service. If you’re still experiencing issues, please PM me, but we expect that users will regain functionality. We’re continuing to work the issue and will post an update if we encounter additional service interruptions.
Thanks ComcastRachelH for the information. The web portal does seem to be online and working fine today since this morning. My family has told me that they successfully logged in several times and the website automation interfaces (old and new) are now working. However, it looks like all the previously saved photos and video clips are lost and no longer available for viewing or download. I sure hope that the engineers learned some important lessons from this terrible outage. Maybe better software testing, better hardware redundancy, or just better engineers are needed. So far it looks like I am finally back online and happy to have my home security/control system working again after being down for 3 days.
