Bumped offline

Bumped offline

I keep getting bumped off line while I am in the middle of creating a rule. I'm bumped after 2 to 3 minutes. Hardly enough time to

complete one rule let alone several. Never happened before. Is there a problem with the system?

When you say bumped offline, do you mean you are losing internet connectivity or you are being logged out of the Xfinity Home subscriber portal?  If you are experiencing the latter, are you receiving any error messaging to accompany this?
