I'm being billed for a camera that was never installed because I was never told ( after 65 min on and off hold) that the cameras needed a electrical supply at location of Camera and the Tech said he is not allowed to lean a ladder against the hous. So what I got was one camera and wasn't even where I wanted it and billed for two. I'm thinking of dumping the whole service. Very unhappy.
