I set up my nice outdoor sitting area with all my snacks by the pool to watch my saved dvr recordings. Everytime I try to play a show I get an error message with error code (Error 106000.5). This really ticks me off, all the money I pay every month and I cant watch what I want to watch when I want to watch it. I might as well cancel cable and purchase the episodes from apple's itunes.
Hi Trayvion, I can assist you with getting this error message cleared up. Are you using a phone/tablet to stream, or are you streaming directly from our website using a browser? Have you tried using a different device other than the one you're using now?
