windows 10 version 1709

After downloading Windows 10 update version 1709, Xfinity Stream no longer works on either Microsoft Edge or Firefox browsers. Error message saying Adobe Flash is turned off when it isn't.  Flash works on other streaming sites on both Microsoft Edge and Firefox browsers.  Any clues other than go back to older Windows version? Thanks.

Re: windows 10 version 1709

I just checked the Windows 10 update site. There hasn't been a offical Adobe Flash update since middle of November. Latest updates in December did not include one yet.

Hi toti1. Can you please tell us which web browser you are using when you encounter this error? Also, have you tried a different browser?

There were new updates for Edge on Windows 10 today 12/12/17. They included one for Adobe Flash.

After doing the updates let us know if things are working now.
