When I go to TV listings, I only get up to channel 99. When I click on the HD, the message says not HD channelss availabe.
I pay for Premium HD, and watch HD.
Why can't I see all the channels I pay for?

I've reset your lineup to your default recomended lineup. You should be able to see HD channels now.
In the future, if you manually change your channel lineup, look for one which says "Digital" at the end. The "Standard" lineups are SD lineups.
I am also having the same issue. I have checked this in multiple browsers. I have the ability to tune to the channels listed on the website, but I only have 0-99.
