It is a daily occurrence that we are unable to change channels during the day.

Typically, we get the following Error Codes:

   RDK-03003

   RDK-03004

   RDK-03033

   RDK-03004

After about a half-dozen re-boots, re-starts, etc., it may suddenly start working.

For what we pay a month, this is not what I call "service".

Have you tried calling 1800comcast?

Yes, I have, and I get no satisfaction ... I am ready to degrade my service. Like clockwork we get error codes:

RDK-03003, RDK-03033, RDK-03004, etc.

It's a waste of money.

That is sometimes caused by a signal issue with the X1 backend and a tech visit is one suggestion.
