tv.xfinity.com buffering error

something is wrong.

every time, each and every time I watch something on my laptop it works fine for the first 20 mnutes or 50 minutes or so, then it starts cutting out several seconds at a time, and eventually completely stops. I can NEVER actually watch a whole show ever. without fail. either your service does not work, or you gave me a completely faulty piece of equipment. it is not my laptop, I have experienced exactly this situation on other computers.
