I've about had it, this may be my last try before switching cable providers. For over 2 weeks and several phone calls, my extra boxes are freezing up. Not the main X1 dvr box in our living room, but the others. We just got them about a month ago. No one seems to be able to fix it and I keep getting the run around. I've read other threads but don't see any that pertain to my issue......FRUSTRATED!!!!
Give us the model of all your boxes. This is most likely connection issues. The XiD boxes are known to have an issue like this.
