Probable because you have not setup correctly for the other tv.
I don't assume that people know how to do something. Since reasd did not provide any information in his "half answer" on how to check the settings here it is, just in case you need it. Going the "extra mile" is not difficult or time-consuming.
Sign in to http://xfinitytv.comcast.net/
In the bottom right hand corner of the screen there is a gear symbol. Click the gear. This will open the Settings page.
Click MANAGE CABLE BOXES & DVRS
Under TV CONTROLS tick ON.
Click Save Settings.
