Hi tara1212, you might want to try pairing your remote again before you run out and get a new remote. Here are some instructions to help you, please click on this link for step by step instruction on how to pair your remote. If you have done this and still need new equipment you can go into any Comcast service center and pick one up there. We can also ship them to you, but it is much faster going to a store.
