Comcast remote does not respond. I have push very hard on buttons to get the remote to do anything. It will not adjust the sound at all anymore. I am using different remote to control just the sound. What can I do to troubleshoot this problem?
I will do that if I decide to stay with comcast. Right now I am paying $160 per month ($200* bundle) and I am locked in until December 2012. I am deciding to eat the $150 cancellaton fee and go with Centurylink (QWEST) to save $70 a month.
*may be a good deal, but paying with fees $180 is just too much.
