question about channel availability

Just noticed that over the last 24hrs my channel selection is limited on the online site. Please explain why the sudden change.

On the right side of the listings, there are four filters: TV Go, HD, SAP, and CC.

 

If I toggle HD, I get a different set of channels.

 


I am not a Comcast employee; I am just a customer, volunteering my time to help other customers here in the Forums.

I spoke with new products customer service.

They said there is a server down that does the authentication of a subscriber to the TV service.

Without that authentication, the mobile app won't work.

I asked if there's anything wrong with the app itself since I'm not used to the seeing the subscription key next to each channel.

she said no.

I accept the explanation.
