On the right side of the listings, there are four filters: TV Go, HD, SAP, and CC.
If I toggle HD, I get a different set of channels.
I spoke with new products customer service.
They said there is a server down that does the authentication of a subscriber to the TV service.
Without that authentication, the mobile app won't work.
I asked if there's anything wrong with the app itself since I'm not used to the seeing the subscription key next to each channel.
she said no.
I accept the explanation.
