on demand

while watching on demand on my computer I often get a message something about a heartbeat error.  When I retry it comes back on.This has happened several times.  What is the issue?

It more than likely means your computer cannot keep up with the steaming signal.

 

You may have too many background operations going on, too slow a CPU, not fast enough broadband, or too many devices running on your network.
