I am not quite in the same boat...all my devices only show HBO on the Xfinity Stream Channel Guide.


For the past three months, I've been working with Comcast advanced repair team. After three months, they have yet to resolve my issue.


So far they have provided me free 3months of HBO, STARZ and SHOWTIME. Not to mention they have take $10 off my bill each month.


At this point, its not about the money, but them providing me services that I pay for. It's pretty ridicioulous that it has taken over 3 months and they still have not resolved these Stream issues.
