new XR15 remote

Just added another box and was given a new version with the XR15 remote.

What happened to the remote design?

1.Not backlit !...back to turning the lights on to find a button.

2.Not RF(point anywhere)...back to pointing at an exposed box!

3.Flat membrane buttons(poor tactile) vs. the nice tall XR11 buttons.

Overall it seems like a giant step backward and to be primarily a cost saving for Comcast.

Would appreciate an explanation from Comcast.

I just picked up a free XR11 remote at my Xfinity Store.
