Had a lightning strike here two nights ago. Seems to have taken out our new XG1v4 box and all hdmi functions in our Onkyo receiver. Also kind of odd at another location in the house I needed to re-pair a remote with one of our companion boxes. It still worked with the tv just lost pairing with set top box.
Just looking for some direction on where to go from here. First time dealing with a lightning issue.
Sorry ,I neglected to mention all equipment was on surge protection. Also from what I have read on this forum the 4k XG1v4 boxes are not handled at the service centers. I appoligize in advance if I am wrong on this point. I was thinking 4k box issues needed to be handled here.
