we moved into our home two months ago. since we have moved in we are getting the following two messages.
1. "Downloading proxy scripts"
2. "Your connection was interrupted"
It is kind of funny that i get these messages from 2pm through 9pm. Periodically. It just seems like the comcast folks have exteneded their business without suffcient tech inpur.t
I spoke with someone about two weeks ago and she removed all of the static from the line and it worked. Today when i called comcast the call was "broken up".i could not even put in my account number. i just gave up. Anybody got some help?
I have noticed that after 2 pm my tv stops a lot. I have had this system since sept and have had 640 error messages. they have been out 4 times and when leaving they all say it's fixed. NOT has anyone gotten thier system fixed?
