error message 11700 since we've been traveling.

we've been getting the error message 11700 since we've been traveling. it's been weeks and we can not get our entertainment like we were told we could. please advise thanks.

11700 means you have too many devices on your account. (Your 2? laptops were on there multiple times.) I've deprovisioned all your PC devices, which should give you a clean slate. Note that you will need to log in again.
