error code XRE03059

I'm unable to access some of the most common channels that I view regularly.

Have tried a reset on the box and the same problem.

by reset, do you mean a power unplug for 30 seconds and then plug in for the set top box?

Re: error code XRE03059

That’s a channel tuning error code. Your dvr is way out of the range it should be in which would result in some channels not being able to come in. Check all of your connections and remove any extra splitters that you don’t need. In comparison, your modem is well within range, so it’s something in-house.
