Trying to find solution to Error 11700
You have reached the limit on the number of devices on comcast, probably because your browser is set to delete cookies. A comcast rep will have to remove devices from your account.
I've removed all your existing devices. Please consider not clearing cookies and caches when you exit your browser, which not only forces you to sign in every time you visit the Stream website, but also creates a new device on your account (which eventually leads to this error).
