channels

We have been away for 5 weeks. Came back and now we can't change the channels. AQnyone have a suggestion for a cable dummy?

Make sure you have fresh batteries in the remote. Try turning the cable box off and back on. Try unplugging the cable box and a minute or so later plug it back in turn it on and let it reload the channels. If all else fails call Comcast.
