channels suddenly in spanish or for sight-impaired

Some of my channels are suddenly in Spanish or have the scenes explained, in English, as for a sight-impaired person. How do I change this?

SAP Spanish is on, hit the XFINITY button, look for one of the check marks under spanish vs english... This happens to me often for whatever reason.
