channels scrambling

certain channels are sctambling or glitching constantly..100's of garbage channels but of course the ones I would watch I can't..I have rebooted, all the stupid things comcast has told me , went to their office and changed the dvr box,, still the same,, trying to watch a baseball playoff game and can't,,, gonna make some calls and switch to satellite,,,this company is the worse all around Iv'e ever dealt with..Of course they will never refund you your money for poor services but will shut you off like the mafia if your payment is late..they are aweful

Re: channels scrambling

You need a tech out, not swapping equipment. Your DVR and unrelated to X1, your modem are both way out of specs (not even close). I've escalated up to a colleague to set you up a tech to come out.

Re: channels scrambling

Hello gnunes1, I can get a tech scheduled to come out and repair your services for you. Can you please send me a private message with your full name, street address, and account number by clicking on my name (ComcatsAmir) and then "private message me"?
