channel changes randomly

My Comcast box randomly pulls up the guide, changes channels, and sometimes turns on close captioning. I only have one remote, and it is not being manipulated by Fido. I'm thinking a neighbor may have a remote on the same frequency - on my last bill someone had ordered some Latin channels, and NHL Center Ice (definitely not the dog, he's all about The Red Zone). How ca I stop this?
