can't upgrade online

i am getting a message to call because i can not upgrade online. can someone please help me out so i can do this over the internet and not the phone? thanks

Hello nharding818, I can assist you with getting access to upgrade your package online. Have you tried using another browser? Have you tried accessing your account through your "My Account" app? Are you logging in using the primary user on the account?
