I get cable but can't connect with Amazon Prime or Netflix

How are you trying to access? Comcast only has access to Netflix on your dvr

My apps to Netflex has  been out 3 days -- 7-2-18  - since last week

Can't help with amazon prime but the Netfilx can be reset on your menu. press the A button and press right and run the 'reset Netflix' menu option. then select it again and login. fixed?
