audio problem

whenever I'm watching a live broadcast, the person speaking's mouth isn't in sinc with the words coming out? anybody know why?

that issue is easily fixed using your TV's remote and going into the TV's menu system. find the audio area of the menu, and there will be a lip-sync option. the setting will allow you to adjust the input from the X1 set top box for your TV. the setting on that 'input port' will not affect other input ports.
