Thanks Andrew! Unfortunately that brings me the exact same result.
The main box powers on and loads live tv after a few minutes, while the XiD-P continues to only load “...”
We have a cable box that has worked previously, but recently got unplugged and hasn’t been able to load since.
The XiD-P box, when turned on and with all cables hooked up, will boot for a minute, ask for the preferred language, and then display a blue screen with an ellipsis indefinitely:
The dots light up from left to right, but that’s about it. We’ve let this screen sit for probably 8 hours at least sometimes, and it never seems to have any plans of moving on.
I haven’t been able to find anyone else with this specific problem, anything we should try?
