Xg1v4

I wanted to get the new XG1V4 cable box to replace my current XG1V1 cable box. I am having a hard time getting one though. The store said they don't have them yet and the online customer service said that I cannot get one because it isn't available yet in my area. I know that is untrue though because someone at my work who live 5 minutes from me already has one. How do I go about getting this new box?

do you have a 4K TV and a 4k subscription to Netflix?
