XfinityTV isn't working since yesterday!!!

This is what I get in every channel:

This is what the FAQ says you need to check (notice how bugged it is):

And of course, I do have Xfinity TV (and it's been working fine until yesterday):

Notes:

1. Everything was working just fine until yesterday.

2. Since yesterday, it's been happening with every channel, TV show or a movie.

3. I've tried Chrome, IE and Firefox.

4. I've tried deleting all cookies and cache on all three browsers.

5. I've made sure Flash and Silverlight are both updated.

6. The problem is obviously on your end so please don't troubleshoot me(!!!!).

7. Not available on phone so just PM me back or something if needed.

Thanks

Re: XfinityTV isn't working since yesterday!!!

Still not working!!!

I was talking to the live chat support yesterday, after being transfered from one agent to another the last one finally promised me they'll "correct the error in our system in the next 24 hours".

I was also promised an email "in the next 24 hours", stating the problem is fixed.

Nothing. still nothing. no fix and no email.

this is stupid, I don't need to chase you so much! especially not after I was promised things which I didn't receive.

you guys need to chase me! I am the customer.

I'm not going to pay the next bill and any bill after that until it's fixed. and if you want to summon your collections agency's minions, bring it on!

I have the chat transcripts saved and any court will... you know what they will.

It's summer vacation and my kids are still asking me "Why can't we watch Disney Channel on our PCs/iPhones anymore?".

I'm not going to take it, if you guys won't fix it and actually communicate with me I won't chase you.

sent a PM to ComcastJoe to look at this thread and this post is the last thing I'll do (more like already did).

Bad bad bad customer care & support from Comcast, false promises and lack of service. way to go guys.

You guessed it right - still nothing.

not even a single respond from Comcast and obviously no fix.

Welcome to Corporate America everyone. where big companies can take your money and promise you stuff while in reality they give you nothing.

@Comcast - prepare your collection agency's minions because this customer is not going to pay any upcoming bills.
