XfinityTV app

When I enter my email and password it doesn't recognize it. I know it is correct because I use it to log into my account on Xfinity.com. What to do?

Are you referring to the Xfinity TV App or the Xfinity TV Player App?

 

Also, try deleting the app and then install it again.

This same thing happens to me. I have downloaded and reloaded the tv player app several times. The player says to enter a valid Comcast I'd and password, I know the one I am using is correct, what can I do?
