Xfinity video error 560

Trying to play Xfinity video from Comcast home page ( lLeaping cat missed mark    http://xfinitytv.comcast.net/tv/The-Tonight-Show-With-Jay-Leno/4514/2178579758/Mon%2C-Dec-19%2C-2011...

 Get error message 560. Refresh does not help.   Below is my computer profile

My Device Information My Zip Code:  37221 My Cable Provider: Comcast My myDVR Manager Status: Unknown My Set Top Box Names: Unknown My Queue setup: False Facebook Queue Syncing: False Facebook Connect: Unknown My public IP address: 68.52.142.35 My operating system: Mac - PPC Mac OS X 10_5_8 My web browser: Safari 5 - Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X 10_5_8; En-Us) AppleWebKit/533.18.1 (KHTML, Like Gecko) Version/5.0.2 Safari/533.18.5 My system type: Desktop Computer Or Other Device My Move player version: 071303000004 My Silverlight version: Silverlight Not Installed. Try using a different web browser and let me know if it works. This is not a permanent solution but it will help us narrow down your issue.

It  works fine on Firefox - just not Safari

There must be something like an add-on or plug-in in Safari that is not allowing videos to play.

 

Try disabling any ad-blocking add-ons or plug-ins and try again.

Re: Error Code 560... You were spot on when you suggested it may have something to do with "ad blockers"..  It does indeed.  I have a Google ad blocker installed ("Block third-party Google..).  When I disable it your videos play... So in some way you must have Google involved....
