Xfinity page will not load any of the stories and just continues to say "loading"

For the last several weeks my service has been terrible. My television either freezes or tells me Comcast is having trouble and hopefully will be up soon. When I try to go to their homepage on my computer and read any of the news or watch any of the videos I get the message that my video experience  can't be accessed or something to that nature. My internet has become super slow and times out. Anyone have any ideas?

call 877-896-8678 and let them look at your on line service logs. They can schedule a call with you if a home tech visit is needed.
