Yesterday I could watch live TV online and today nothing loads and I get this Error 422.
I am running the current stable version of FF 32.0.1
I have the current version of Adobe player installed
and I have the current 64 bit version of Microsoft Silverlight installed,
Any ideas or support from comcast would be appreciated.
I've gotten that 422 error every once in a while and usually it clears up within a day or so but there are several things you can try.
I don't know what browser you're using but if you're using IE then try FireFox or Chrome, many people who use IE exclusively have better luck with another browser. If a different browser doesn't work then try going directly to the networks own website and watch from there, more than 90% of people who have problems on the Xfinity site can watch from the network site without any problems.
