Xfinity ipad app doesn't let me change the channel

I have checked the settings online and I have my settings enabled. I still cannot change the channel. The test button doesn't work either. Please someone help...

Try unplugging your box for a minute or so and then plug it back in.

 

I suggest you do this before you leave the house or before you go to bed. It takes some time for the grid to fully load and for the cable box to fully sync back up again.

 

After you have done this, please try again and let me know the results.

I turned it off and on this morning before work, after work it still doesn't work.

How do I know what my drv is called. My ipad app claims its dvr1... Is this correct?

Please help me.

the manager will default to that name you can change it online or on the app.

I have the same issue with the Android App.

It woked weeks ago, and now it doesn't.

 

I'm in the Houston area.
