Xfinity/X1 Cable Box Deletion Errors: XRE-00117, XRE-03048 and XRE-03049

My X1 cable box (Model: PX001ANM) shows 100% Full. When I try to delete items under "RECENTLY DELETED (142)" I get Error XRE-03048 OR XRE-03049. Nothing is deleted.

 

I have unplugged and booted the cable box, and it appears the database is not being rebuilt to remove old items. We still show 100% full.

 

I have even received XRE-00117 errors. When trying to delete items from the "FAMILY ROOM RECORDINGS NOT AVAILABLE (105)" category.

 

Can you help me? Is my new box defected? Thank you.

It sounds like your previous DVR was never removed off your account, call in and get it removed and you'll see those "not available" recordings disappear and you should also see your % change too.

I just received the X11 setup and it has not worked out ... Same issue with the recordings not showing up. Had a tech come back to my place, 4 hours later still nt working.
