Well, since the Memo Pad starts the app, Xfinity said it's not their problem.
I contacted ASUS tech support and they're 'working on it' but so far no joy.
I am in the middle of trying to get support from Comcast as I have the same issue with the same tablet.
Did you ever get a solution to the problem?
really... whats up with that ?? I kept on trying to find it... and I just found your thread... its andoid.. how is it no compatible ??? thats BS
I purchased the above tablet with the intent of being able to use the To Go APP as the device meets all the listed requirements. I spoke with two representatives who both said my device could be added and within three days I could load the app. That never happened and my last conversation with a level 2 rep was very disappointing as she said they would not add the tablet even though it meets the requirements. She said I could purchase a new tablet from the approved list which apparently only they have access to. Again, very disappointed!
