Xfinity TV listings grid. My Channels filter problem

Regarding the Xfinity TV listings grid: Up until a few days ago there was no trouble with my viewing the My Channels listings. Now when I select My Channels, the grid is solid gray with an error message - "Nothing matched the filters you selected." It has worked fine for over a year. I tried changing the zip code and lineup. This problem occurs on 4 different browsers, 2 devices. Please help me view the channels associated with my account.

I have been having the same problem, and have spoken to customer service several times. They acted like they hadn't heard of this problem, but looking through the forums, others have the problem and have had for some time now. There is even one post about it above which says it is "Solved." Just another Comcast lie.
