My Xfinity Stream app on my new Roku Express (version that came out in October) had been working fine until yesterday afternoon. It appears that it wants to update itself from "Xfinity Stream TV Beta" to "Xfinity Stream TV." The problem is that I enter the activation code from the website, and the TV screen continues on, trying to load the app, but then it crashes with an error; something about operation could not be completed. Anyway, it then wants to start the entire activation process again. I even tried removing the channel and re-adding it to my Roku. The problem persists.
I like the Xfinity Stream app on my Roku but this latest incident is frustrating. Any suggestions?
