Xfinity Player App for iOS not downloading movies properly - can't play

Everytime I attempt to download a movie on my iPhone 4S or iPad - I get a playback error:

Playback Issue :: -11800

 

It seems like it doesn't download the full movie, and ends up just not working.  I've seen this same error on 2 different devices, running 2 different OS.  Any idea how to fix this?

I can not seem to play anthing on my app keep getting this error code of 11800. I have cleared cookies and history signed out uninstalled app then re-installed app and still not working...Any ideas how to fix this getting really really irritated about this been going on for awhile called and could never get anyone who could help???????

We are aware this error occurs under certain conditions, but often have diffculty reproducing it. Would you be open to helping us troubleshoot it? If so, please reply to this thread or direct message me and we'll coordinate a session to do so.
