XFINITY TV Remote App says 100% full, but DVR is not

I'm new to Comcast and I am having an issue that I have seen previously on this message board...  

 

My XFINITY TV Remote App is stating that DVR is 100% full, but I just got Comcast 2 days ago.. so unless the box was previous used and they game me used equipment (which I don't think they did); some thing is wqrong with this App...

 

IS there anything you guys can think of or any support I can get from Comcast?

please post the make and model of the cable box, dvr manager is not available in all areas.

My Cable Box is a motorola DCT6412 III.

 

Other friends in my area can use this feature?

My remote app is saying that my DVR is 55% full after I removed all our recordings. Why?
