X1Platform message Sorry we’re having some trouble!

New customer less than a day and a half since service installation. Watched movie then shut tv with remote. After dinner I turned on tv had a dark screen. Hit a few buttons on remote, on/off, channel and finally guide and xfinity. Repeated...finally a guide came up but I get message for every program and every channel saying. “Sorry we’re having some trouble. Program is not available please select another program and try this one later. Happens on all stations in HD. Non-HD channels keep auto tuning to a HD channel before the Sorry message. I’ve tried unplugging 1 min. Resetting and all connections are tight. HELP

I've had god luck calling 1800comcast.  Ask for an agent.
