X15 remote

The back lighting on the remote stopped working.  Any idea how to turn it back on?

I don't recall this issue coming up before. If the remote is otherwise working perhaps remove the batteries for 3 minutes and then put back in to soft reboot? new remotes are available at your Comcast store.
