X1 stock app not working

my xfinity X1 "stock app" no longer comes up when i press enter on my remote. possibly too many stocks inputted on app, please advise/assist, thank you

Why can't I open the Stock app?  Keeps saying to try again in a few minutes

Some problem here. Been that way for 4 days.

on what device did you get that error? you posted in the Stream TV app area of the forum.

So weird I did that. Yes, I see that now. That error, like this post in the correct X1 forum, has been taking place on the TV since Friday.

Same here. Since Friday. And no change to 'number of stocks' we follow...

call 800-Comcast, select billing and ask the agent to perform a deep, background refresh on your account. takes up to an hour to complete. fixed?
