X1 on-screen guide

I have two X! HD boxes, one in the living room and one in the bedroom.  Both are connected using HDMI cables on mnew Vizio smart TVs. The bedroom TV has the full X1 on-screen guide.  The living room has the old analog guide.  I want the X1 guide, but cannot find a way through the Xfinity settings to make this happen.  I am geting the 720p feed.  I have tried calling Comcast customer service, but they do not understand what I am talking about.  I had a Comcast appointment scheduled for yesterday, but ended up with a no call/ no show.  Any suggestions?

Re: X1 on-screen guide

There is no way to switch or "change" the guide. If you have unplugged and rebooted the box there is little you can do. I think you are going to need to set up another service visit and exchange the box you don't like.

I am not sure what you mean by the older "analog" guide. Are you able to post a picture of what  it looks like?
