X1 Remote App

I just had X1 installed today and found out I needed a new app for the new reciever. I installed the new app on my phone but it keeps saying that "No X1 cable boxes were found". Just give it time? Known bug? Something else?

Normally 24 hrs.. Try reinstalling after a day

Which app are you using?

Can you provide your Comcast ID and the error you are recieving so we can help?

Same issue. Had my X1 box installed 3 days ago and the app tells me that no X1 cable boxes were found.
